Privacy Policy

1. Data Collection and Storage

DialCraft Studio collects only the information needed to maintain your account and store your project files: the name, email address and profile image supplied by Google when you sign in, and the project data you create.

Project and account data is stored in Google Cloud Firestore. Google encrypts data at rest and in transit as a property of that platform; DialCraft does not operate its own servers or apply additional encryption beyond what Google Cloud provides. A copy of your current project is also kept in your browser's local storage so work survives a reload or a temporary loss of connectivity.

2. Authentication

Sign-in is handled by Google via Firebase Authentication. DialCraft never receives, handles or stores your Google password.

3. Data Usage and Sharing

Your saved dials, custom components and templates remain private to your account unless you explicitly publish a design to the community gallery or generate a share link. Published designs and share links are readable by anyone who can reach them.

4. Third-Party Services

DialCraft relies on Google Firebase for authentication, database storage and hosting, and on Cloudflare Pages for content delivery. Your use of DialCraft is therefore also subject to the privacy practices of those providers. Country-level location is derived once at sign-in from a third-party IP lookup service to support regional access rules; no precise location data is collected.

5. Your Data

You can export any project as a portable file at any time from the Export panel, and delete projects from the Project Library. To request deletion of your account and its associated data, contact support from the Help page.
